Not all Mondays have to be bad, especially when there’s a new blog post! Sometimes it’s hard to look past the exhaustion and symptoms of coffee overload, but there’s something about Mondays that can be refreshing. After all, it is a new start to a new week! I couldn’t wait to share this look due to the fact I included so many of my favorite fall fashion staples. If you haven’t followed along on my Instagram, then you probably missed my announcement! You can now easily shop all of the looks on my blog via LIKEtoKNOW.it This is so huge and I’m beyond excited to begin this next stage in my blogging journey! Another PSA: I finally got my hair done! I love that she toned it down to make it more fall appropriate. There’s nothing better than a fresh trim and color!
I’ve wanted an olive utility vest for quite some time, and fell in love with this one from Nordstrom! It is an investment, but it is such high quality! I know I’ll be wearing it for years to come. Layering pieces are the key to making the most of your wardrobe, so I definitely recommend investing in good quality ones. For example, I’ve had my same denim jacket since my senior year of high school.. #noshame
My plaid shirt is a few season old, but has held up so well! I love the neutral tones- they literally go with any outfit. I linked a similar version above!
Another great fall piece are these beautiful Steve Madden booties! I am obsessed with the cut-out detailing on the side. I know that they will be making an appearance in many more posts!
The funny thing about pants is I hate shopping for them. It’s seriously the worst thing in my opinion! Last year, I realized that I hadn’t purchased new jeans in such a long time. I decided to take the plunge and get two pairs when Target was having a sale. Such a game changer!
Hopefully this post gives you an idea of some pieces to incorporate into you fall wardrobe! This past weekend was so much fun. My mom and brother came to visit us! We took a painting class Saturday night and went to the state park on Sunday. I loved every minute I got to spend with them, and definitely wish we lived closer!
What was the best part of your weekend?
